The Shenzhen Minzhifu Intelligent 3D Garage is located in Minzhifu, Langxin Community, Shiyan Sub-district Office, Baoan District, Shenzhen. It is a key pilot project for 3D parking garages invested by the district. Occupying an area of 750m2, the project is a 10-storey horizontal 3D parking facility. The first and second floors of the building are used to place supporting equipment, and the third to tenth floors are parking lots, which can accommodate 98 SUVs with a total of 200 spaces.
The parking garage is equipped with a total of 4 elevators, 200 mechanical parking spaces, and 4 entrances and exits; and parking and picking take place in the same room. Each floor of the garage is set with a smart rotatable trolley, so that vehicles can both enter and exit by simply driving forward. The building is also integrated with a mobile Internet feature, which allows car owners to reserve parking spaces, book time for pickup, make payment, search for spare spaces, etc. via smart phones. In this way, parking management becomes more convenient and friendly, bringing about a better user experience.
